Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bow forward at a 90-degree angle. Slide the bra upward toward your bust, aligning the underwire with the inframammary fold — the natural crease where your bust meets your torso.
While still bent forward at 90 degrees, hold the end of the underwire and scoop any side tissue into the cup, then lift the wire up to the root of your underarm. Repeat on the opposite side.
Scoop any breast tissue that has escaped from the sides back into the cup. Repeat on the opposite side.
Supporting the bottom of the cup, lift your bust upward from the inside. Repeat on the opposite side.
Gently lift the straps and adjust them to leave approximately 2–3 cm of slack. Always adjust to your own comfort and fit.
Adjust until the lines connecting the hollow at the center of your collarbone to each bust apex form an equilateral triangle — this is known as the "Golden Triangle" and represents the ideal silhouette.
